WILDE, Oscar, The Picture of Dorian Gray, B1 1700 Headwords

Pablo Fernández, 1 Bachillerato EFL

Dorian Gray was a beautiful young man who wished to be always young. This wish comes true, but not as Dorian expected. Instead of becoming old and ugly, it was his portrait which became old and ugly. However, he kept doing wrong things and became more and more heartless.

Before I read it, I thought it was a rather boring book, but while I was reading, I realized that it wasn't. I also like it because it isn't awfully difficult, so I wasn't always looking up words in the dictionary. I give this book three stars out of five
