CURTIS, Richard, Four Weddings and a Funeral, Penguin, B2, 2300 words

Ysaura Rodicio, 1º Bachillerato EFL

It’s a Saturday morning, and Charles is still asleep. He should be on his way to Angus and Laura’s wedding! Charles is always late, and he is worried that he will never find the right woman to marry. Then he meets Carrie, an American woman…

This is a fantastic book. You can smile and even laugh with it. There is also a film of this book and it’s very funny, like the book.

I would recommend it to people who want a funny book, it isn’t very long but it isn’t short. Also to people who don’t like reading, because Four Weddings... is very entertaining.

Sergio Gómez Sánchez-Crespo, 1º Bachillerato EFL

This love novel tells us the story of a group of friends who really have problems with love. Personally, I don’t like love stories, but this one, with a little bit of comedy in it, is funny and easy to read, I recommend it to everybody.
